Ekajiva – Vegetable and Medicinal Garden
We have an in-house organic garden that is free of pesticides and uses soil regeneration techniques to ensure the produce of healthy and nutrient-rich crops. We grow vegetables in our campus, which are used to prepare seasonal recipes for our guests. This has multiple benefits:
- Our produce is free of harmful chemicals.
- Our guests eat seasonal food, which promotes better digestion and health.
- We reduce our carbon footprint of procurement and transportation.
